Lee Bowers may be the best witness for no grassy knoll shooter. As the towerman in the railroad yard on 11/23/63, Bowers had a unobstructed view of the back of the entire picket fence during the assassination, yet he did not see anyone there during it, never mind a man with a rifle shooting at JFK.
