Aiyo alot of work to make this simple Hainanese chicken rice but I guess I can use the soup for another meal tmr. It will make a quick fragrant oil rice 油饭 while I roast some pork in the oven. Today I added some cabbage & carrots to the chicken soup. Really like the sweetness

Spicy Braised Beef Noodles 红烧牛肉面 🌶🐮🍜 Actually it's not really spicy, very very mild 🤣 When paired with a amazingly appetizing sour vegetables 炒酸菜,we will always slurp till the last drop!! 😍😍 The soup is so flavourful and robust, the really tender beef has also absorbed all the yummy soup 🤤

How do you like your Mee Hoon Kueh? Dry tossed 干捞 or Soup? I like both depending on the weather! But the crispy yummy lard does edges out the soup one abit most times 🤤❤️
