I want to try celexa , but I’m afraid of the QT prolongation it’s crazy because my psychiatrist said that I had to get an EKG before I take it. I’m not at risk for heart problems so I don’t know why she said that. And does it help with anxiety and panic?

Burning headaches and anxiety seven weeks on 5 it’ll be eight weeks on Tuesday I don’t know what to do please help. Do I open the dose do I wait it out 12 weeks? That’s what my psychiatrist is saying to wait it out till 12 weeks then jump up.
