Wage band (NT equivalent 12) Navy to GG 13. Doni get to negotiate salary been a GS 13 step 7 already for 3 years. Hoping I can ask for a GG 13 Step 10. Not sure if I can negotiate a promotion if 20 percent. Thoughts?
