I had my second laser lithotripsy last week and he was able to get the many stones in the kidney today I took the stent out and since then ive passed 15-20 of the big fragments last time I only had 3 pieces pass. How long does it take to pass all the fragments and how do you know you passed them all

I have many stones in my left kidney and my appointment with my urologist is Monday to talk about getting them out I got a CT scan today and it shows an obstructing 3mm stone in the left ureter when do you know to go to the er for it ? Also how do you know if the stone is still obstructing?
